How It Works

Normally once we receive order we dispatch it same or next day so that it will reach you in 4-5 days. Our logistic partner will deliver it on your doorstep.

RETURNS

The Small Print

Return/Exchange can be accepted within 7 day of delivery. Once parcel get delivered and If want to return/exchange the product then please write us on help.shivankindustries@gmail.com or fill the form available in contact us.
Refund will be given once we receive product in the same condition as it was send.
Make sure return requested within 7 day of delivery of the product else will not be refunded.
Product can be exchanged only one time per order.
In cod case amount will be refunded in 8-10 days.
In prepaid orders amount will be refunded in 6-7 days.
Refund will be given by UPI method so please make sure that you provide UPI ID in return requesting email.
Confirmation call be placed before transferring amount.
In case amount stuck in the transaction we need to wait 72 banking hours for initiating next transaction.
